How do I order?
Option 1: Checkout from the website.
Option 2: Send a message via our FB or IG page with the following details:
- Your Name
- Your Contact No.
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Time
- Receiver’s Name
- Receiver’s Address
- Receiver’s Contact No.
- Your Order
- Payment (BPI/GCASH)
- Note Card Message (optional)
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Minimal changes, such as the receiver’s name, address, and contact number, can only be made once the order has been confirmed with payment.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do. Our operating hours are between 8 am and 7 pm. Please allot 4–5 hours to prepare your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCASH, BPI transfer, and Credit Card.
Can I customize the colors of the flowers?
Yes, but it is subject to availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
Can I add or change flowers from the bouquet?
Yes, but specific flowers are subject to availability. Also, the price will change depending on the flower.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, and Rizal. We can deliver as long as the drop-off location is covered by Lalamove and Grab.
How much is your delivery cost?
We have a fixed delivery rate of 150 within Metro Manila (excluding Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Las Piñas). For other locations, the exact delivery fee will be computed separately.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Yes, you may select a specific time when placing your order. While we cannot guarantee a specific time, we do our best to deliver within the requested time frame.
How can I track the delivery status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the delivery link via FB or IG message.
